Hauteheadquarters gladly accepts returns and exchanges on non-sale merchandise within 8 days after receipt of the merchandise. All items must be returned in original condition with the original tags attached, new and not worn. Please note shipping and handling charges related to purchase are non-refundable. Customs duties on international orders are non-refundable. Please note sale items and special orders are non-refundable and are considered FINAL SALE.

To return an item please email customer service at returns@hauteheadquarters.com for a return code. Please complete the return form found in your order and inclose it with your return merchandise. Please send your return via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS with tracking or delivery confirmation. Please note that Hauteheadquarters is not responsible for packages that we do not ship. It is the customers responsibility to maintain all tracking information on their return item. Please include the packaging slip enclosed in your order with the reason for return. Items may be exchanged, however if the item is no longer available a refund will be issued.

Once your package has been received at Hauteheadquarters your refund will be processed within 5-7 days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to post a transaction to your account.
